A seriously delicious raw bar mix

Flo Superfood’s Raw Superseed Bar mix is a nutritious blend of nuts and seeds. They are the perfect raw snacks to help kick cravings, keep your metabolism fired up and reboot energy levels throughout the day. Each raw bar contains mood boosting cacao nibs which are rich in magnesium to support muscle and nerve function and keep heart rhythm steady. These delicious bars are bursting with super seeds that are packed with beneficial vitamins, minerals, protein and fibre. Each bar is rich in antioxidants and loaded with heart-healthy fats. Best of all they are gluten free, vegan and refined sugar free!

A single mix will make approximately 10 – 12 perfect raw bars, depending on the size and depth of the tray.  

Ingredients: This product contains walnuts, pumpkin seeds, cacao nibs, chia seeds, flaxseeds, sunflower seeds and coconut flakes.

What to add: All you need to add is 1 cup of dates and  water. It’s that simple! 

Tips: Any date variety will work in creating these raw bars. If you are using a dried date simply soak them in water for at least an hour to soften before adding them to the mix. Once your mixture has set, cut into individual bars and refrigerate them for 7 days or alternatively you can freeze them for up to 2 months.

Personalise your bars or enhances the flavour by adding a few simple ingredients. Need a bit of a stress relief? Mix raw cacao powder and melted coconut oil to coat your Superseed Bars with a thin layer of chocolate. After coating your bars simply place them in the fridge to set. For an energy boost add a handful of raisins to your mix. When grapes are dehydrated to produce raisins, the nutrients become more concentrated, making a handful of raisins rich in B vitamins, iron and potassium.
