Flo Superfoods Power-Up Protein Balls are easy to make and are highly nutritious. These tasty cookie dough ﬂavoured balls are ﬁlled with honest ingredients and will leave you wanting more after the first bite. High protein snacks which are 100% natural are difficult to finds. Power-Up Protein Balls contain a raw plant-based protein, perfect for ﬁtness enthusiasts to help build and repair muscle tissue for a strong healthy body. They also contain cashews which have a rich mineral content including iron, copper and zinc and essential fats to maintain a healthy heart. They are the perfect snack for on the go or fuel post workout and best of all they have no refined sugar, are vegan friendly and gluten free!
A single mix will make approximately 20 – 25 perfectly shaped balls depending on how you form them.
Ingredients: This product contains raw cashews, ground almonds, raw vanilla protein powder and cacao nibs.
What to add: All you need to add is 1 cup of dates and water. It’s that simple!
Tips: Any date variety will work in creating these protein balls. If you are using a dried date simply soak them in water for at least an hour to soften before adding them to the mix. Once you’ve shaped your balls you can refrigerate for 7 days or alternatively you can freeze them for up to 2 months.
