DIY protein balls that are always ready when you are!
This quick and easy mix for Cacao Chia Hemp Balls is delicious and packed with superfood goodness. Filled with raw cacao and chia seeds both rich in antioxidants and nutrient powerhouses. Cacao boosts your mood, energy levels and helps you manage stress. Chia seeds are full of ﬁbre, magnesium, calcium and are loaded with Omega-3 fatty acids. These balls are perfect for a pre-workout boost or an afternoon pick me up. The hemp protein is easily digested and contains essential amino acids. Best of all these balls are gluten free, vegan and reﬁned sugar free!
A single mix will make approximately 20 – 25 balls depending on how you roll them.
Ingredients: This product contains ground almonds, chia seeds, raw cacao powder, pumpkin seeds, hemp protein powder, and ground flaxseed.
What to add: All you need to add is 1 cup of dates and water. It’s that simple!
Tips: Any date variety will work in creating these protein balls. If you are using a dried date simply soak them in water for at least an hour to soften before adding them to the mix. Once you’ve shaped your balls you can refrigerate them for up to 7 days or alternatively freeze them for up to 2 months.
